Custom theme work and the performance engineering that makes it pay off. Scoped to the store in front of us, not fitted to a package.

Theme design & build
A theme built for your catalogue and your merchandising, not a marketplace template bent into shape. Designed and developed together, so what gets drawn is what gets shipped.
Performance work
Core Web Vitals, render-blocking scripts, image pipelines, third-party app bloat. Often on stores where someone else built the theme and speed has quietly degraded since.
Theme migrations
Moving from a legacy or vintage theme to Online Store 2.0, keeping the merchandising your team already relies on and the URLs search engines already know.

Apps & extensions

We run seven of our own apps in the Shopify App Store, so app work here is not a side practice. We build custom ones on the same footing.

Private and custom apps for workflows the platform does not cover: operations tooling, integrations with systems you already run, logic specific to how your business actually works.
Public App Store apps
Built to Shopify's review standards, because we have taken seven through it. Billing, OAuth, webhooks, GDPR endpoints, and the listing work that comes with shipping publicly.
Theme app extensions
App blocks merchants can place themselves, without editing Liquid or pasting snippets into templates. The modern integration path, not a script tag.
App & extension integration
Subscriptions, bundles, reviews, loyalty. Wiring third-party apps into a theme without the script pile-up that usually comes with them.
